Terms for using RITH.

Use of the Service

RITH provides math practice, progress tracking, and program administration tools for learners, schools, organizations, and instructors. You agree to use the service only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with any program rules that apply to your account.

Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Organizations are responsible for assigning access appropriately and notifying RITH when access should be updated, suspended, or removed.

Content and Progress Data

Practice results, accuracy, completion status, and related activity may be visible to authorized instructors or administrators connected to your program. RITH may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve the platform.

Availability

We work to keep RITH reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to improve the service or maintain security.
